NBA Draft: 3 up, 3 down

      WINNERS 
      - SEATTLE: Once the Sonics got the No. 2 pick, it was assured they'd be among the big winners. But they made it a great night by making a lopsided trade with the Celtics, shipping Ray Allen for No. 5 pick Jeff Green, Wally Szczerbiak and Delonte West.
      - ATLANTA: GM Billy Knight hasn't distinguished himself in recent drafts, but he did a great job by not panicking and taking a point guard at No. 3. He got the best player on the board, Al Horford, then filled the need at the point with Acie Law.
      - PORTLAND: How could the Blazers not be among the big winners after taking Greg Oden? They got a franchise center to go with a talented young roster that includes Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge.
      Things are looking up in the Pacific Northwest.
       LOSERS
      - BOSTON: Sure, the Celtics needed a veteran player to bring some stability to their young roster, but the trade for Allen, 32, could set back their rebuilding efforts -- and ultimately cost GM Danny Ainge his job.
      - MILWAUKEE: GM Larry Harris decided to take the player he felt was the best on the board, so he tabbed Yi Jianlian at No. 6. One problem: Yi warned Milwaukee and other small-market teams not to select him and refused to work out for the Bucks.
      - PHOENIX: The Suns selected a couple of solid players in Spanish guard Rudy Fernandez and Wisconsin forward Alando Tucker with their two late first-round picks. But Phoenix failed in its attempts to make a blockbuster deal for Kevin Garnett and wasn't able to package its two picks to move up.
